The most exotic swap was the Cleveland 2bbl head swap, which was made possible by a special intake made by B&A Performance. I did this swap, but ended up selling the whole engine when a Boss 302 came available. I worked my *** off on those heads. WebJun 14, 2012 · These heads can have 2.25 intake and 1.76 exhaust valves installed. The exhaust port shape is restricted quite a bit, and porting helps. After proper porting, all three casting flow the same. It should be noted, not only for these factory cast iron heads, that not only should the exhaust be ported, but the intake as well.

They make pretty good low end torque but by 4000 rpms you are "sucking through a straw". I can't remember the valve sizes, I think they have 60-61 cc chambers.
